Panels like “The Modular Future” and “Scaling with Sovereignty” showed that the monolithic era is ending. Enter the age of Modular Blockchains, where execution, consensus, and data availability are unbundled for better performance and scalability. In that world, Appchains, custom blockchains for specific apps are not just trendy; they’re inevitable.

🔁 Restaking & Liquid Restaking Tokens (LRTs) Everywhere

If you didn’t hear the word restaking 30 times a day at TOKEN2049, were you even there? EigenLayer and similar protocols are enabling stakers to put their ETH to work across multiple networks. Meanwhile, Liquid Restaking Tokens (LRTs) unlock DeFi magic: you earn rewards while still being able to trade, lend, or LP with your restaked assets. Capital efficiency level: wizard.
