Matrix Theo Campaign Guide

Campaign Overview

The Matrix Theo campaign is for miweETH (weETH) holders and offers additional levels of profitability. Participants will be able to earn Theo token rewards, Theo Straddle Vault income, and will continue to accumulate the usual MITO Points (weETH).

In simple terms, these are additional bonuses on top of the existing rewards for participating in the Expedition.

1. How to participate

You can deposit miweETH (or weETH) on one of the supported networks via the Mitosis interface and connect to the Matrix Straddle Vault.

Supported assets and chains:
To participate, you must have miweETH or weETH on one of the following chains:

• Ethereum
• Arbitrum
• Linea

Contract addresses for each asset are listed below.

2. Campaign Stages

The campaign is divided into 4 phases.

Each stage has a deposit limit and limited access (depending on the level of participation in Expedition and other factors).

• Phase 1: Limits - 800 ETH (Ethereum), 600 ETH (Arbitrum), 1600 ETH (Linea). Total limit 3000 ETH
• Phase 2: Total limit 6000 ETH
• Phase 3: Total limit 12000 ETH
• Phase 4: No total limit

Duration:
The campaign started on March 13 at 16:00 UTC. The exact end date will be announced later.

Who can participate?
Access to phases depends on:

• Your level in Expedition
• The availability of NFT Morse
• The total amount of miAssets
• Role in the Mitosis community (Sensei role, miRoles, Guru role)
• Your contribution to the Game of MITO

3. What rewards

1. MITO Points (weETH)

• Accrued immediately after making a deposit.

In order not to lose MITO Boost, you need to complete all transactions on the same day (UTC).

• The process is described in Chapter 5.

2. Income from Theo Straddle Vault

Your funds are used for the Straddle strategy on Aave and Hyperliquid, which brings additional profit.

• Income accumulates from the moment your maweETH (Theo) becomes available for withdrawal.

3. Theo Token Rewards

You receive Theo tokens, but their number depends on the retention of the deposit:

• Before receiving maweETH (Theo) - rewards depend on the volume of weETH
• After receiving maweETH (Theo) - rewards depend on the volume of maweETH (Theo)

How to increase rewards?

• Continuous Holding: 0.05% extra bonus every day
• Volume Bonus: The more maweETH (Theo) tokens, the higher the reward
• OKX Wallet Bonus: 0.5% for using OKX Wallet
  • Make your first Matrix deposit transaction using the OKX Wallet extension (connecting using other wallets, including "Wallet Connect", will prevent you from activating this boost)
  • Click the "Get OKX Boost" button in the "Deposit Completed" modal (be careful not to close the "Deposit Completed" modal. You will not be able to complete the registration on the same network if you close it)
  • Sign a message to complete the registration
• Morse NFT Boost: 1% for NFT holders

4. How to make a deposit

Steps to deposit:
1. Check your availability for the current stage of the campaign

2. Top up your miweETH wallet (via Expedition) or weETH (via the official website or via an aggregator like jumper) on Ethereum, Arbitrum or Linea
3. Log in to Matrix Theo and make a deposit

4. Wait (because the cycle lasts ~2 days) until maweETH (Theo) becomes available
5. Claim maweETH (Theo) through the interface. A button like this will appear claim

5. How to withdraw funds

Important:

• Withdrawal can be initiated at any time, but will take ~2 days
• If you withdraw before a new round is generated, funds can be withdrawn instantly
• MITO Points and Theo Token Rewards stop accruing 48 hours after withdrawal

Steps for withdrawal:

1. Check for pending withdrawal requests
2. Create a new request
3. Wait (~2 days) and then claim weETH
4. To avoid losing MITO Boost, return weETH back to Expedition on the same day

📌 Pay attention to the penalty for early exit!

• If you hold maweETH (Theo) for less than 10 days → penalty 20%
• If you hold for more than 100 days → penalty 0%
• Between 10 and 100 days the penalty gradually decreases

📌 How to keep Boosts after MITO Point (weETH) withdrawal:

1. You will receive weETH after withdrawal, regardless of which assets (miweETH or weETH) you initially deposited.
2. To keep Boosts, you must hold miweETH, not just weETH.
3. How to save Boosts:
   • Make a deposit of weETH to Expedition on the same UTC day you receive it after withdrawal
   • Deadline: 11:55 PM UTC the same day
   • Important: From 11:55 PM to 12:00 AM UTC deposits are unavailable due to daily maintenance

If these conditions are followed, Boosts will remain active even after Matrix Theo is removed from the campaign.
