🏛️ Arizona Launches a Crypto Reserve Fund
This sounds made up, but it’s real:
Arizona now has a state-run Bitcoin and crypto reserve.
Unclaimed digital assets (lost wallets, dormant coins, etc.) will be managed in a public fund.
The goal? Make sure lost BTC benefits the state and not just gets forgotten.
Is this bullish? Honestly, yeah. When U.S. states start hoarding Bitcoin… it’s not early anymore.
📜 The SEC Might (Finally) Be Getting It
In a plot twist, the SEC is now drafting new token frameworks.
For once, it’s not about lawsuits or shutting down innovation, it’s about clarifying how crypto projects can launch and operate legally in the U.S.
If they get it right (big if), it could:
- Unfreeze U.S. token innovation
- Give devs a clear playbook
- Reduce legal FUD for real builders
Regulatory clarity has been the missing puzzle piece for years. Maybe this is the year it finally clicks.
